Worse worse worse.. every time I call for an appointment it’s never in person just a phone appointment. All they ever ask for is blood test and it’s all they go by. Every time go get blood test!! Ughhh.. Also I suffer from Gout and get really bad Gout attacks. I called in and Dr only prescribed 2 pills as if that was sapose to treat me. Needless to say I was in super bad pain and they just did not care! Called 3 times same response. Horrible Dr. Stay away from this place. Hopefully they shut it down. Dr Pagodian you really need find another career because this one is not for you!! FYI I’m changing doctor!!!

Horrible 1st impression, had to wait a month or two for a FIRST appointment OVER THE PHONE, horrible. Second, the office does not do their job and call with lab results notification, third, They are too lazy to call and follow up on referrals RUBY particularly was mad I told her I needed her to call my insurance, she had took a heavy rude breathe when I told her to do so. Management needs to get a grip or fire these lazy rude ladies that don't like their job!

Stay away from them. The office manage is an absolute disaster. I have never spoken to anyone more rude and brainless in my life. I am in remission and do cancer screening 2 times a year. I had a biopsy/surgery scheduled and because this office has no idea how to prioritize surgery patients, I had to reschedule my surgery. I was willing to make a 2 hour drive to be cleared in time but the office manager just would not find a way to fit me in. She refused to help me and couldn't understand why I would need clearance for surgery any more than 24 hours in advance. Please, if you at least like yourself... find a better office.
