The Office Manager, Sylvia is wonderful and goes the extra mile in personal care. The young office staff upfront is a noticeable improvement over the old staff.Difficult to reach them by phone. Calls are eventually returned though. New office is gorgeous. The NP I had did the job admirably.No place is perfect when it comes to health care. But this is about as good as you can expect these days.

My call was answered right away and I was able to make an appointment for the next month. I've since had my appt with Mary O. and I found her to be very good at listening, providing suggestions and making referrals. She sent me for blood work and they said I would get a call if anything turned up troubling but if not then I have a phone appointment in 2 weeks to follow up on the blood work. I didn't feel rushed or anything during my appointment.

This is the best doctor’s office I can ask for. They are attentive, thorough, and very polite! Every single time I have had an important health concern, needed assistance with my records, or if it’s just a normal check-up, this office is hands-down thee absolute best! Especially my girl, Sylvia! She goes above and beyond her call of duty! Thank you so much to Samuel Dixon and his staff! Job well done! Five Stars!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
