The doctors and staff there are really great and compassionate. We had Dr. White and we really liked her. They’re always nice over the phone and greet you with a smile when you come in and they are very helpful! I don’t know about some of those bad reviews, but we’ve had great experiences each time that we’ve gone.
I had a great experience at this center! My insurance had expired and they were patient with me as I called to figure out what happened. They honored my 2pm appointment, even though I was on the phone for half an hour. The receptionists were both super patient and helpful, and my nurse was kind and attentive. The NP I saw really listened when I explained my symptoms and ordered all the tests I requested. Overall, I felt validated and heard at this center and I will be returning!
