My wife took our truck in recently for new tires. I objected due to past experiences w previous owner but my wife swore it was a new owner, we should give them a chance. I washed my hands of it. She came back with news of their changes, "They were great". I buy fairly aggressive offroad ready tires. The new folks matched our needs, didn't try to talk my wife into "more petite roadtires", gave a fair price, performed friendly, professional, & quick service, and treated her with the respect a customer deserves. I gave a 4-star as we will cautiously return in the future for additional service. My previous experience with this shop (presumably the old owner) left such a bad impression that I have a difficult time trusting anything with Mike's name on it. But we will return due to my wife's recent experience with new owners. Kudos.
I had an emergency, and desperately needed to get to a tire shop before 6pm! Was stuck on the highway, had to get towed and then came across Mike & Nicks Tire Man shop. Spoke to Nick to see if he can accommodate my family and I that we were driving 5hrs away and needed the help desperately!!! Because they were closing in 10 minutes! Got 1 flat tire, and in the end, ended up changing all 4 because they were all bad tires! I'm soooo thankful and grateful for all the wonderful men, they worked as a team to get my family and I quick assistance in changing all the tires, to get us home safe! We appreciate all the help from each one of you ! I definitely would recommend this place to anyone, the guys were very nice and knowledgeable and very fast too! If you're in the same situation as me one day, give them a call !
