I used a different shop to do my 100,000 mile service. After that when under a load the truck would misfire. They said they drove it and ran diagnostics on it and it was fine. So I loaded up my trailer and went on vacation. My truck broke down and I went to an auto parts got their code reader which said multiple misfires. I took it back to the shop and they said it was a turbo that caused the misfires. I told them I looked up the codes and it said plugs, plug wires, or coil was the problem. Best mechanic in SCV. They are honest, quick, and know their stuff. Plus, the prices are so fair. I just got an inspection but opted out of the few recommended fixes, so they didn't charge me at all. Not sure anyone else in the Valley would do that. If you have a choice when picking a mechanic, pick Reeve's first!
