Dropped my car off, got an estimate fast. I needed some brakes, a couple rotators and an oil change. The price was as good as it gets. When they finished, they went over the work they did, and I was left completely confident. They did a great job, it was fast and affordable and they helped me to understand what may be coming up without pressure to make dramatic choices. Their level of professionalism and courtesy was top notch.

**HIGHLY RECOMMEND**Recently used EMF for the first time. We are a single car family and having my vehicle in the shop is a big deal. My regular mechanic wasn't responsive and wanted me to leave my car for days. So I went to YELP and created a project and requested quotes. I picked EMF not only because of their reviews but also because of their response to my request. They actually acknowledged my situation, empathized and said they would do their best to work with me. No other shop took the time to do that. Everyone else just sent me quotes or their business# to call and make an appointment. The quote EMF provided me was fair. The service I received was on point. They fixed my car and got me back on the road. These guys are the real deal. They're down to earth, good at what they do, fair priced and communicate well. I think that's what we are all looking for with a repair shop. The team here does quality work. Diego welcomed my vehicle and informed all the details I needed to know for our the complete break job, pads, rotors, and all. Done on time too! Been driving the car a lot more recently and quite an improvement overall in the braking and handling department. Cost was reasonable too! Highly recommend!
