We called them on the afternoon of December 22nd. Outside temp was supposed to drop 40 degrees, down to -10 and our furnace was not working properly. He came out, diagnosed problems but had no parts because unit was so new. Just 2yrs old. Was able to get parts on Xmas eve and came back to do repairs. He only charged for service call. Very surprised that the fee was that low and that he worked on Xmas eve to help us out..They've got my vote for service above and beyond the call of duty..
