I've been taking hot Pilates classes for three weeks, and I love it! The classes are energizing and I love the heat. The instructor gives great, detailed guidance, making it easier to improve. I've already noticed a big difference in my body. If you're looking for a great workout, Hot For Yoga is definitely worth a try!
