I used to think Yoga would never be my thing since I was stiff, low energy, and overweight. However, I am falling in love with Yoga after practicing it 25 times at Hot For Yoga.I was initially anxious about practicing in a heated environment as a beginner, but the instructors expertly eased me into it. They explained the benefits of hot yoga and offered valuable tips on maintaining proper hydration and breathing throughout the class. The carefully crafted sequences flowed seamlessly, making it easy for me to follow along despite being a beginner. Visting from out of town and really enjoyed the physical studio and our instructor Janna was knowledable and fun. Newhall and Santa Clarita our lucky to have a great studio in their backyard.

Working in an industry with the highest rate of stress, anxeity and other mental health issues brought me to Hot For Yoga. I hope other attorneys discover online meditation as I have. Great work! Jeff is awesome.
