Suzi is the best. I have muscle definition in my arms from chair workouts. My blood work is the best in 20 years from the Barre cardio zoom classes( lower cholesterol)- definitive results. Thank you Suzi for your expertise and variety of workouts/exercises.

I can't say enough about Suzi Smith, the owner, and her team at Complete Pilates and Fitness! Suzi is so attentive, and cares for all of her clients and their specific needs. She creates workouts specifically tailored to whatever your personal goals are- whether you're looking to improve your overall health, strength, flexibility, rehab an injury, improve muscle tone, develop a stronger core, or just get in better overall physical shape, you can achieve these goals through Suzi and her team! This place is amazing. I took 2 classes here, and wish I had found this place way sooner. Taught with the classical style of pilates, Suzi gives you such personal attention in the group class that you feel like you are in a private lesson. I was so sore in my abs after the first class, it felt great. Since I am here rehabbing an ACL surgery as well, it is very important to me and comforting that I am getting modifications for certain exercises.
