“We have used Big Red for carpet cleaning for years and have always had great service. We came home a week before Christmas after being gone for 10 days to a leaking hot water pipe that had flooded my wife's office that had hard wood floors and a hallway and coat closet that were carpeted. We called Big Red to see if they could come and clean up some of the water. Kevin, the new owner and his tech Nate came out the next morning and totally took over correcting all the water damage. We didn't know that they did this work as well. They removed all the damaged materials (flooring, carpet and drywall), took moisture readings and pictures for insurance and then set up fans and dehumidifiers. Nate came back every day and took moisture readings and moved equipment as needed. Kevin was very hands on with the insurance adjuster. He made sure that we received payment for the mitigation and build back quickly so that we were never out of pocket. When the moisture was removed Kevin coordinated all of the build back. He coordinated the new floor install, drywall, base boards and painting. They even helped us move all the furniture back in. We can't say enough about how glad we are to have had Kevin's help. He is very professional. He followed up with us every day on what was happening that day and in the future. He was always available on the phone or in person if we needed him. We can't recommend him and Big Red highly enough.“

He has such a kind, honest, positive, friendly and professional demeanor and the way he runs his company is very admirable. I have 2 large huskies that get the crazy zoomies all up and down the stairs and hallway and we had a few accidents too, my teen has a slime obsession and her makeup also ends up on the carpet. “Received three quotes through Thumbtack. Patriot Carpet Cleaning was not the cheapest, but saw they were Veteran owned. Since I am retired US Navy, I chose them. Very flexible in scheduling, and after a couple of back and forth recommendations, I picked a time and date that was convenient for both of us. Scott Hoage, the owner, was on time, very personable, and did an outstanding job in a short amount of time. Scott is a US Marine Corps veteran.“

“All you gotta do is look at my included before and after pictures! Pretty much says it all! My entryway carpet had really awful grease spots from people leaving their shoes, walking in, etc. Was worried I wasn’t going to get my deposit back (it’s an apartment). But Patriot did an amazing job removing all the spots! Did the whole downstairs carpet too, just to be safe. Looks brand new, seriously. Super quick and efficient. “Magic Maintenance was nothing but absolutely amazing!!!They took care of our house like it was their own.We needed work done in our upstairs baby room, and Jorge the tech went above and beyond to help me and my wife out. He helped me move heavy furniture out of the room that I could not move myself, and he taped off and put plastic over everything in the room, I mean everything! It made my wife feel comfortable and very happy (which is priceless lol) and there was absolutely no mess or dust went he was finished!Jorge explained the job to us the moment he walked in, gave us all the details and a time when the work would be completed. He even finished the job early!The drywall roof patch was perfect!! and you could not even tell where he made his cut! Smooth lines and a great paint job!
