We recently had our 3000+ square feet flat roof done by Bob Sagor Jr. and his team. It is called Versico EPDM system roof, which will provide us a water tight condition for many years. We couldn't be happier by everything they did for us. They were referred by my architect, who told us that he had used them for his own roof. We also checked other people who had used their services before, and always got a thumbs up referral.
