I had a great experience here. I know this place has several negative reviews, but honestly there's just one thing you need to be comfortable with: wait times can run a little long. In my opinion it's not bad, and pretty normal compared to other clinics.
A lot of it depends on who your doctor is. Dr. Shah is great, and I've had a very good experience across all 3 of my visits. The setup is professional, organized, and exactly what I'd expect.

They did a good job at the last minute because the doctor did it but for the third time they would call me at the last minute five minutes before my appointment. My appointment was canceled and I would miss work those three days and I wasn’t happy.
Arrived on time for my appointment and left
2 and half hours later for X Rays and Doctors
review. Always seems to be over scheduled patients and behind schedule. Another appointment is standard protocol here for 6 months cleaning.
Would got back to previous dentist if it wasn’t for the insurance issue.
Previous dentist did Cleaning and XRay under
1 hour with one appointment.
If on time only 1 appointment is needed for both x ray and cleaning. Tops 1 hour total.
Western management need to reevaluate there
