The staff was really nice to me and Tammy was helping me throughout my experience at western dental. This place has really improved overall, hopefully every has a great experience here just as I did.

So I started coming here because it's closer to home. But I always go to the one in Redwood city because my work and my kids school is closer to that location. But I've been having issues with them not answering to reschedule my daughter's appointment and then saying it's my fault but I called and the main number and they didn't know what appointment my daughter missed... anyway long story short I said I will try somewhere else and searched up santa clara. My 1st appointment: was just x-rays and to see what I needed. The front desk was friendly on my first visit. The assistant and Dr (Tammy & Madaam)were very nice in recent visits. I’ve had a bad experience a few years ago with another dr, don’t remember her name. So it was so refreshing to have them explain things to me or simply just fill me in my process (since the previous dr did not). Dr. Madaam has a super light hand and had so much patience with me. Which I truly appreciate, since my visit from a few years ago left me a bit traumatized.
