Anjum hygienist and dr radwan was really having good patience in handling my daughter. This is the first time she cooperated herself for showing teeth on her own without force holding her.
I didn’t find out until the day of the appointment that they didn’t accept my insurance — turns out it depends on the individual doctor rather than the clinic as a whole. I almost canceled, but the manager apologized for the miscommunication, saw my daughter anyway, billed my insurance for whatever it would cover, and waived the rest of the bill. She also referred us to another one of their locations that does accept our insurance for next time.

If you have a 14month toddler and need to go and find an emergency dentist, plz choose this one. Dr. Metwally is very experienced. Highly recommended. He took out the metal object from my son's teeth in less than a minute. Plz go to him, and they are super friendly if you don't have insurance. Highly Highly Recommended!!!!
