Serena, at Valley Fair Warby Parker was so warm and friendly as well as helpful. I must have tried on 25 pairs of glasses, some of which she got from the back and answered all of my questions. She helped me to narrow down my selection and get to a final choice and I think that I gave her a few laughs in the process! She was knowledgeable and experienced and she is a true asset to Warby Parker.
We visited this past weekend with my daughter. Jasmine greeted us right as we walked in. She was incredibly empathetic with my daughter and helped her find a pair of frames that were perfect. Top-notch service, unbeatable prices, and speedy service.

I visited multiple times to try out frames, get an eye exam, and adjust my frames after they arrived. It's a well run store and all the staff were genuinely helpful and friendly every time.
