The owner, Steve is very nice, patient, and professional. He always picked up the phone call, which is impressive and much appreciated. He came to my house for a free at home consultation. I also visited the showroom where he very patiently explained many hunter douglas products with me and he gave me a very competitive price.
I would definitely recommend them if you want to explore hunter douglas products.
