We had a great experience working with Valley Home Builders for our ADU. There's some inherent challenges with construction of this scope (especially when it comes to permits), and our project was no exception, but I felt that the process was made very transparent to us, especially by Yazan at VHB, and in the end we are very happy with the final product. I would recommend them to anyone looking to build an ADU.
