A year ago I decided to replace all of the windows and doors in my old house as salt air had caused a lot of damage. After comparing a number of options I hired TBS Design Gallery to install Marvin fiber glass products. Removal of the old windows revealed significant amounts of dry rot. TBS’s crew did an outstanding job dealing with unwelcome surprises and resolving issues. After a year in place, I am very happy that everything works perfectly - no sticky sliders, nothing out of alignment. Very pleased customer.
We placed an order for a made-to-order item from Italy through TBS Design. Unfortunately, the item was damaged in shipping but the TBS team worked tirelessly to help us resolve the problem. They showed great commitment to customer service that is hard to come by. I would absolutely recommend them!
