Tried selling my car. Hit up 4 dealerships in the area. First salesman was fine. The second one, Mac is everything a stereotypical car sales person is. This is why the direct to consumer model will replace these people. I love how they try to make you feel like they are doing you a favor buying your car. Honda was the best 8! Terms of a straight forward offer Acura was alright but Nissan is in a special class of its own at the bottom

I have now experienced the sales department and would not recommend purchasing a vehichle from here. I had an appointment to view a vehichle and once the test drive was completed I let them know that it was not what I expected so I'd think about it (missing certain dealbreaker features). I also let them know that I was already pre-approved through my credit union, yet they continued to try to sneakily convince me to fill out a credit application "so I could have an idea of what my payments would look like" I told them multiple times I was not concerned with a monthly payment amount yet and they still kept shoving the paperwork at me to run my credit. I just want to say thank you to Charles and Raul and the whole team at Steven's creek Nissan for properly handling my issues with my Nissan leaf and getting it figured out and getting me into a loaner. I had a horrible experience with Gilroy Nissan and the lies and misleading information from Jose and there team overthere. I'm thankful that there is still honest and trustworthy dealerships out there like Steven's creek Nissan! You guys are awesome! I look forward to working with you guys for all my service needs and will recommend you to all my friends and family.
