About Tesla Service Center

The service loaners have also been a point of contention, with some customers receiving vehicles that are dirty, dusty, and have issues with connectivity and functionality. In one case, a customer had to clean the loaner vehicle themselves just to be able to operate it. On the positive side, some customers have had smooth experiences, with their vehicles' issues resolved quickly and efficiently, and the ability to borrow a loaner vehicle each time. Excellent service from Tucker at the Sunnyvale Tesla service center. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and handled everything efficiently. I really appreciate his help and professionalism throughout the service process.
They need to hire more help. 6 people in line waiting for help, but only 2 people helping customers. I needed to get front license plate screws which I either lost or didn’t come with the car. They kindly gave the 4 screws for no charge.
Very helpful and professional and efficient and kind! They came right away to help even though I didn’t have an appointment and listened to me and was willing to help and gave me the pros and cons of different service options.
