I was a client in 2024. Today I submitted an appointment request via the website during business hours and the website stated to expect a call in 30 minutes. After 45 minutes, I texted the line that I communicated with in 2024 to follow up. With no response from that, I tried calling twice, but both times the call dropped right away after one ring. I saw something about Google Fi on the screen so it seems like they are using a call screening service that blocks my calls each time. This is an unacceptable situation when no form of communication is possible to request urgent care for an existing client.

I have been taking my cat and two dogs here for a couple of years. All my animals respond well to the staff. I have found all of the staff easy to work with and have good customer service. I also like the weekend appointments and evening appointments are available.
I started taking foster cats to SVPC in 2023 because they were close and their regular exam fee is very affordable. I have gone multiple times with different cats for different reasons, from basic wellness exam and vaccines to emergency surgeries. Overall the care has been good. One doctor in particular, Dr. Damian Pavlovski, is very good at explaining his concerns and reasoning for recommending certain treatments or tests. One foster had urinary issues, so he did an ultrasound and then brought me back to show me the imaging and his interpretation.
