DR. PRABHDEEP BAIN did not examine my cat’s mouth thoroughly. I believe she should have been sedated so that her mouth and throat could be examined carefully to determine what is causing the problem. Instead, she was prescribed an antibiotic and pain medication, and I was charged about 2.5 times the usual price for the medications.
Most importantly, the problem has not been resolved. My cat still cannot eat properly because something continues to bother her when she tries to swallow food. I am very concerned because the underlying cause was never identified or treated.
