The manger Ruzanna was not only knowledgeable about their products but also incredibly helpful in assisting me with my beauty choices. The team at Planet Beauty went above and beyond to ensure I found the right skincare and hairproducts tailored to my needs. They patiently answered all my questions and provided valuable recommendations. Their expertise truly made my shopping trip enjoyable and stress-free.

I called today on 9/7/23 at 4:20 pm. I spoke with a very rude female employee. I asked if she had any gentle wax for the face, nose area. She had an all purpose hot wax. I asked the price, she quoted me for the hair remover tube. I asked again for the price of the honey wax, and she said "If you are going to be rude to me I'm not speaking to you" and hung up. Trying to get information from an employee before I drive down, is like pulling teeth. Such an imposition on them, wow. This is one place I don't need to patronize. She does not know her product line, and does not have any communication skills either.
