If you want your little one to suffer, go visit this place. Worst decision of my life, changing insurance from Kaiser.
They couldn’t diagnosis Pneumonia and didn’t prescribe antibiotics enough and it spread to the other lung. We first visited in mid January and visited them five times until April. I had to insist on getting X-ray and antibiotics. And I was right. No apology from the medical staff however.
And this time they couldn’t tell the difference between eczema and handfootmouth. Again prescribed the right medicine which may leave permanent mark on our little one’s face.
I didn’t really experience trouble with the receptionists as many reviews say, but their medical staff seems highly under-qualified

Five-star for Dr Yang! One star for the receptionist (if not zero). The old lady sitting on the left is super cold and impatient in answering questions, not providing help at all.

The reviews about this clinic is pretty spot on regarding the reception staff. I brought my week old newborn in and was given a lecture on being late, which I had already apologized for (we were 5 mins late and waited 5 mins to be checked in). As a newly postpartum mom, I found the interaction completely lacking of compassion and the exchange was condescending, especially as I barely had time to recover and my baby was shuttled to a bunch of appointments in the first week. The physician assistant then made another comment on the tardiness, which was unnecessary. Subsequent visits were no better (and yes, we were on time for them). The pediatricians have been knowledgeable and we’re grateful their care, but I still opted to switch clinics in hopes of a better experience.

When you visit the clinic, the staff and doctors are really good - no problem. However, God forbid, you need to contact them over email/phone when your infant needs help. You're much better going to the ER or an Urgent Care. Here's why: We visited this place and the doctor (rightfully) mentioned to wait one more day to monitor the kid's temperature and if it doesn't improve, they'll prescribe an anti-biotic. Here's what happened:Day 1, Thu: emailed the staff to get the prescriptionDay 2, Fri (called twice): to get the prescription.Day 3, Sat: call 3 - called them and reached NP who said they'll call back in an hour. call 4 - we called them again since no one called us. call 5 - doctor finally called saying can't help with prescription since it's 2 am and pharmacy is closed and we'll call back in the morning. Really, you can't send a prescription if Pharmacy is closed?!Day 4, Sun: call 6 - we called the helpline again. call 7 - NP said to call Mtn View Urgent care. Call 8 - Mtn View UC transferred us to Los Gatos Urgent Care who said they will look into it and call back. call 9 - NP said that they cant help, on call doctor will review. Now we are awaiting call 10."All you need to do is read the main doctor's note and prescribe a medicine. How many calls does a patient need to make, especially when you have an infant that's struggling?"This provider is a poster child of all things wrong with the American Health Care system and its operations. We have spent upwards of 8 hours waiting for the call, waiting on the call, calling back, being placed on hold, explaining and re-explaining everything since no one bothers to read our situation. It's beyond ridiculous!

The worst clinic I have ever visited. Staffs amd nurses are really rude and not friendly. You cant even have normal and logical conversarions with them.

This review is about Dr. Panchal and her team.First of all, my children have been going to Dr. Panchal ever since they were little, around 4 and 3 years old. Now they are 19 and 16 and are still with this primary care doctor. Dr. Panchal is the best primary care doctor on staff and is always courteous and pays careful attention to your child's needs. She listens intently to the situation and provides the best care. I appreciate her approach to seeking out the best solution for my children's healthcare needs. The team of doctors and nurses at this location has always served patients well.

Great pediatricians that answered all our questions and dealt with our concerns in a professional manner. Never had to wait more than a few minutes in the waiting area.
