It was in the 90’s and my AC WENT OUT. I called and got a service the next day. Ryan came at the beginning of the window of service, which is really unusual. Ryan was very pleasant. Even offered to help bring in my groceries. He had the cold air on in 20 minutes. We’re supposed to have a high of 95 today so I am grateful! Communication was always immediate and positive. Our AC unit went out on Saturday night. Ryan came out Monday morning and immediately found the problem. There was no effort to upsell on something else - small problem with an appropriately low cost. That was appreciated bc the unit is 21 years old and I was worried I would be pressured to purchase a new one. And even if he hadn’t done the work, the service charge to come out was only $58 which is super low considering where we live. He also power washed the mold that came from our AC condensate at no charge.

Trio installed my furnace and thermostats last year. When I had painters come to patch the wall and paint they inadvertently blew the fuse. CJ came out and got my system back up and running.
