The Switch to the overhead kitchen light wasn't working and caused other problems. The outlet for the deep freezer was dead as a result. The Neko electrician diagnosed the problem and quickly changed out the switch. A plug in wire had come unplugged from the old switch. He explained that the springs that hold the wires plugged in would become weak over time due to heat and vibration. Rather than replug the wire in the old switch, he installed a new switch. The current problem, no pun intended, was solved, as were future problems with the old switch. He was quick to respond with a scheduling, showed up at the appointed time, was very professional and personable. Nico will be my go-to for electrical needs in the future.
