I cannot recommend Shai highly enough! I was having issues with my patio door leaking and assumed I’d need to shell out for expensive new weatherstripping. Shai came out for a free consultation and, after a thorough assessment, told me he was 90% sure the fix was much simpler: I just needed to apply a bit of silicone to a small hole in the track.
Because he didn’t perform a repair (because I can easily do it), he refused to charge me for his time. It is so rare to find that level of honesty and integrity in this industry. If you want someone who won't sell you something you don't need, call Shai.
