    We enjoy going to Stephen twice a week - I always feel stronger and healthier after spending time at movement hub. I've been going with my mom for over a year and it's a great habit we've adopted. Sessions are a combination of weights, cardio, trx, and stretching, changing each time, with a focus on mobility and strength. The exercises within the session are slightly different to keep us each challenged. Stephen is a positive force; he's very professional, and carefully crafts exercises for all ages. Gym is clean and there's a restroom on site.

    I've been training with Stephen at Movement Hub for a year now, and I can't recommend him highly enough. His attention to detail is incredible – he makes sure my form is on point to avoid injury and get the most out of every exercise. He's also a master motivator! He brings so much positive energy to every session, pushing me to reach new limits without ever making me feel overwhelmed. Workouts are designed to include a variety of movements, so one never feels stuck in a rut.
    In just a year I feel my endurance has skyrocketed, and I'm noticeably stronger. Thanks, Stephen!

    Excellent preparation, program, and follow through. The workouts are well thought out and planned, all within the allotted time. Steve adjusts based on my requirements and is flexible to my schedule. It keeps me on track.
