Massage Envy provides a relaxing and rejuvenating experience in a clean and newly renovated facility. The ambiance is very tranquil and serene, with a pleasant aroma and comfortable decor that create a peaceful environment. The staff is friendly and accommodating, with therapists who are well-trained and dedicated to their work. Customers often praise the professionalism of the therapists, especially noting the skills of those like Sophia, who provide effective massages that can leave areas like the head and back tingling with pleasure. The seating area with Salt rocks and calm music offers a calming space to wait, and refreshments such as tea and water are available, although some find the tea machine doesn't offer hot water. Prices are reasonable, with occasional discounts, but some customers note that the massage duration is actually about 50 minutes, not 60 minutes, allowing time for undressing and dressing. The facility also offers esthetician services, with professionals like Victoria providing excellent facials and skincare advice. Overall, Massage Envy is known for its top-notch experience and friendly team, making it a popular choice for those seeking relaxation and quality massage therapy.
This location is fantastic. Easy to get to parking is always available right in the front. But there's always a ton of parking, and the best part of everything is the front desk, host Mia She is so great. She makes everything so much easier! Super helpful shes king and inviting and just always takes care of her customers. Love coming here Selena gives great massages 💆♀ but the whole team is just amazing all over
Most amazing experience. Front Desk reception area is stale and I can tell that they forced them to upsell memberships how many times they mentioned it before and after my massage. Decor and ambience was absolutely on point very tranquil and serene as you would expect for a massage location. Sophia the woman who completed my massage was absolutely professional and amazing at her job. I love how they have a seating area where you can wait with Salt rocks and calm music. They offer tea and water but somehow I was looking at the machine and it doesn’t offer hot water so why would they offer tea? This is my first time having a full body massage and I can definitely say… read full review
If you're looking for an esthetician through Massage Envy, you MUST go to Victoria. I've gone to a number of Massage Envy locations across the Bay for facials/back facials, and she provides the best service I've seen.
Victoria is kind, friendly, and super knowledgable. She actually takes the time to hear about your skin concerns, and provides advice and support without pressure to purchase. I've seen a drastic improvement in my skin since booking time with her regularly - it is worth every cent. Victoria is a gem - you will not regret booking with her!
