I’ve now had six chiropractic sessions with Dr. Thai, and I can confidently say the care I’ve received has been excellent. Dr. Thai is not only a skilled and attentive chiropractor, but also someone with genuine passion and deep knowledge in movement and body mechanics. His approach has helped me better understand my body and build awareness around my physical habits and conditions. Each session has been thoughtful and effective, and I’ve seen real progress.
After my previous review, the front desk Jessica proactively reached out to me to clarify the situation. I appreciate their follow-up, and I now believe that the scheduling mix-up was an honest mistake. It’s clear they took the feedback seriously and are working to maintain a high level of professionalism going forward.
If you’re looking for a chiropractor who truly cares about your long-term well-being—both in treatment and education—I highly recommend Dr. Thai. I’m very glad I decided to continue care here.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Kuo Chiro, especially with the front desk. First of all, I was never able to get through on the phone despite multiple attempts—communication was virtually impossible.
More importantly, I was scheduled for an X-ray and was explicitly told by the front desk that my appointment was for “tomorrow.” They even wrote that date on my appointment paperwork. Based on that information, I rearranged my schedule, left work early, and went through one of the most frustrating parking experiences in the Bay Area—only to be told upon arrival that I actually had no appointment that day, and it was scheduled for next week.
This level of disorganization is unacceptable and a major red flag. Between the inability to reach anyone by phone, the incorrect information being both verbally communicated and written down, and the total lack of accountability, I have serious concerns about the clinic’s reliability and professionalism.
What’s especially disappointing is that Dr. Thai made a good impression during the initial session. It’s unfortunate that such disorganization at the front desk could interfere with receiving proper care.
If they can’t get something as basic as scheduling right, how can I trust them with my healthcare?

I had a really great experience with Dr. kuo . The environment was clean, modern, and very comfortable — you can tell they really care about hygiene and patient privacy.
Dr. Kuo was professional and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel genuinely cared n whole process here felt calm and well-organized.

Although my health insurance (HMO/ASH) lists Kuo Family Chiropractic as in-network, the clinic currently does not accept HMO patients. They also accepts PPO/EOP. I hope they will update their policy and consider updating their participation status in the future.

Dr. Thai was great! He helped address my shoulder injury that’s been bothering me for about a month now. He was able to quickly diagnosis my issue and quickly relieve the pain. He also gave me exercises to do in my own time that he said will strengthen the muscles in my shoulder to help prevent injury

Doctor Kuo is amazing and professional. I had severe lower spine pain before I visited. After a cycle of treatment, the pain was fully disappeared. Now every few weeks, I will routinely check with Doctor Kuo to maintain the healthy condition. It's been a great support to my stressful work life.
