The hair dresser was busy dealing with lot of things. She would cut or blow dry and would go somewhere and she would re-do the entire process. I felt she didn’t remember where she left off. This happened couple of times. Unhappy with the service. Never visiting this place again. Even the haircut. I asked for something but in the end, she just trimmed and sent. Not even sure if the hair dresser I asked for was the one even cutting my hair.

I personally would advise against going here if you have wavy or curly hair. I told the hairstylist that I have curly hair and they will shrink up once they are dry. She still cut way too much in the beginning itself and couldn't do layers on the hair later. I ended up with a U shaped cut.
Also when it came to styling she didn't do how to handle curly wavy hair at all. She just offered to let me go with wet hair. When I asked her to blow dry it. She did a horrible job at that as well.
I just wasted 200+ dollars and need to visit another salon now to get my hair fixed. Absolutely do not recommend.

Very unprofessional when it comes to keeping their appointments. They do not respect appointments,assign any random stylist ,accept new walk-in mid way of an ongoing haircut and leave the customer in the middle of haircut to ensure they can grab the next customer, leaving others with appointment hanging. Terrible customer service.

Jenny is amazing. She listened to what I want and did exactly the same haircut. Krystal hair salon is very good at what they do. Please make an appointment before you go and respect their time too. Definitely my go to place here on.

I got a haircut with long layers and face framing bangs. Vi was my stylist and she did a wonderful job, made sure to keep my length as is Hair wash cut and blow dry styling was $55

First time here and it was a wonderful experience! Jenny did a beautiful job with the layers and curtain bangs. Wash, cut, blow dry and curling was $60 for long hair.
