My baby was breech at 38weeks and needed help getting her to flip. I was trying everything. Dr. Hu made special accommodations for me to come in even on days when she was fully booked. Within three visits, my baby was head down. After 40 weeks, my daughter was still not born. My contractions would come and go for days. At 41weeks 5 days, Dr. Hi and her Associate spent an extra long and intensive session on me. I went into labor that night and my daughter was born at 2am. I am eternally grateful.

Lucy is such a treasure for our community! Whenever my child is sick, I bring him straight to see her and he is better instantly! With her Western medical training and Chinese medical expertise, there is no-one I trust more for the health care of my son. Thank you Lucy for all you do!

I saw Dr. Hu on 6/15, 6/24 and 8/12 of 2016. Before I scheduled the first appointment, she said she would charge me the cash price of $100/first visit, $85/subsequent on the spot and bill insurance after. She will refund me after insurance pays for the visits. Insurance paid her on 7/31 of my first visit of 6/15, I told her about it during visit on 8/12 and showed her the document, she refused to refund me then stating she needs to ensure she has the check. Until today 10/18/2016, no refund. I have sent her a letter with the EOB attached requesting the refund of my first visit by 10/31/2016, 3 months after insurance paid her.
