Great Korean haircuts!!! Have been going here for the past 2 years.

I've been here a couple of times and at first my haircuts were decent, but the quality varied based on the stylist. I give this place a 2 star rating for a couple of reasons. When scheduling my appointment, I requested a specific stylist who did a good job for me in the past, but I had to wait 20 minutes past my appointment time and got my hair cut by someone else. The individual who cut my hair did an AWFUL job. I saw previous reviews about people's hair suffering from uneven layering which I thought was a lie, but it ended up happening to me eventually. I asked for a simple middle part haircut and this individual cut my hair first from the bangs. I immediately felt worried after looking at it because it just looked so uneven. She continued to cut my hair and asked if it looked good at the end and I was just speechless at how uneven it was. I was so confused how any barber/stylist could think the haircut was good. The middle of my bangs ended up shorter than the sides of my bangs, the right side of the top of my hair was longer than the left side, and the layering was so uneven it looked like I had thinned out hair on the lower portions of my hair in the front. This place is Korean run and communication might be an issue if you only speak English. I never felt truly confident they understood what I wanted when I tried to explain myself in English. I had my hair cut by 3 total people here. The first two were decently okay, but I forgot what their names were. Overall, if you get the good stylist you'll probably get a decent haircut, but communication might be an issue. If you get the stylist who messed up my hair, you might be disappointed. I decided to find a new salon because I don't want to suffer another haircut like this again.

Easily to schedule an appointment. Vivian did my hair and she was nice. She asked me and suggested me ideas for my hair thank you for that. The shop was clean and professional overall. The workers doesn't speak English very well but they're caring. Vivian really made me feel like she cares for my hair and she went through the steps carefully to achieve the haircut I like. Thank you! :) overall I liked how my hair turn out. I didn't give it 5 stars bc at the end they didn't explain my bill (because there were multi-steps for my hair procedure) they just told me the total cost without letting me know how much each procedure cost. As well as Vivian was rushing toward the end without letting me finishing packing my stuff out of my sitting area for the next customer to move in:(

Came here twice for a men's perm. Reasonable price and they gave me tea and coffee. They also washed my hair for free.

Very friendly, english friendly, always does a wonderful job accommodating my busy schedule and haircut requests! Place is clean, and very inviting. Easy parking as well

I had a heat perm (digital perm) done today and I was very satisfied with the results.
It didn't take long and my hair came out naturally and without any damage.
I had a hard time with my hair falling out quickly when it was raining or sweating in the summer.
From now on, I have confidence in my hair even when it rains. I am grateful to the director who did it with all his sincerity. Gangnam Style Hair Salon is the best place in America that does this well!!!!
The director with good skills is the best above all else.
