This is my first time doing a full Brazilian wax and Jasmine was so great throughout. She was patient and honest with me and also made me laugh to ease my anxiety. I ended up buying the wax pass afterward and definitely coming back again to get more waxes done by Jasmine.

Krista is very detail-oriented and spends extra time doing clean-up wax strips and tweezing at the end of the session. She is very friendly and conversational, and is always willing to customize/adjust based on what I need.

Editing my review, I really love the Santa Clara location and have been a member for more than 2 years now. I love CJ and how nicely she gets her job done! Also the wax pass is really great deal and I would highly recommend. Any issues I've had, they are quickly addressed either by the front desk or the manager.
