John Carlo performed my dryer vent cleaning today and did a wonderful job. He was polite and professional, and did a great job educating me on the importance of keeping the dryer vent clean, as well as how to do that. Thank you, John Carlo!!
I live in one of the Irvine company apartments and requested to have service done and they sent out FARIS (don't know if I spelled it right) who was actually very nice and was super helpful. He was there to see why the heater wasn't working and found another issue he realized the thermostat wasn't working the on auto switch was broken inside he replaced it within 5 mins even seen the filter was installed wrong and flipped it back he was very professional and super helpful and I appreciate the service, thank you Faris.
