This gym SUCKS. Equipment is always broken and they take forever to repair! For the amount they charge this is ridiculous, at least 6-7 stairmasters broken! Weights don’t function properly half the time. The workers are lazy and incompetent, literally walked in and front desk girl was literally doing her make up??? Also this gym does nothing to enforce that people are fair and aren’t machine hogs, literally there will be people sitting on their phones in a machines for a solid 5 minutes in between sets I am not exaggerating. I decided to check out other near by gyms and found one I am happy with, not only are they cheaper in price but they rarely have broken equipment and when they do it’s fixed promptly, clean and their workers actually do their jobs !!! Oh and they make sure there are no machine hogs! Oh and it’s nice that the gym I go to now doesn’t have literal shot smeared in the woman’s locker room! When I told an employee they said “we don’t have a female worker to clean it at the moment” okay so you’re just going to leave SHIT human SHIT just smeared on the floor until a female worker clocks in? Ridiculous. I switched gyms because of this. This gym went down hill FAST.

I could not get hold of the manager through phone call or stopping by. They charged me 2 extra months training fee. Their argument didn’t make sense but they were still not willing to refund. They even charged me an extra month after the fact I had canceled through the front desk and the coach. Managers have to be open to conversations and try to understand and win the argument with logic rather than sticking to their own ego. I got my money through the bank because it made perfect sense to the bank rather the manager. They even lost $45 more per transaction in bank chargeback fees

Dear Management, I have been a member since 2013 and am writing to express my frustration with an issue that has gone unresolved for over four months. On Saturdays, the 8:00 a.m. yoga class runs until 9:00 a.m., while the 9:00 a.m. Body Pump class requires access to the studio at least 10 minutes prior for setup. This overlap makes proper setup impossible and has caused ongoing stress for both the instructor and members. Additionally, the yoga classes are not posted on the official schedule, which adds to the confusion and disruption. This issue has been raised repeatedly with no action taken. I request that this scheduling conflict be addressed immediately.

Very pleased at how well this gym is maintained. Very clean. There are some other 24hr gyms out there that are extremely dirty and not maintained, so glad to see this one is still in shape

Esteban and his team are great! I had some issues with my membership tier and he was super helpful in getting it sorted. His staff tried their best to help me along in the process while keeping the flow of traffic at the front desk moving. Thanks to Esteban and his team for helping me get my fitness off on the right foot at the start of the new year

24hr is extremely shady, silently charging me $450 over 9 months with no notification. then they keep avoiding any resolution and redirecting me, saying to wait longer and longer with no follow-ups. I will be pursuing chargeback on my credit card. super sketchy and immoral business out for your money
