Great experience with this office as it was my first time visiting them, they were very efficient with time and, didn’t waste any. Super friendly doctor and staff. The only minor detail I didn’t love was that they didn’t have a lot of variety when it came time to choose frames. Overall very great experience, and recommend for an eye exam.
Very happy with my new glasses, and with the exceptional quality of service provided by all the staff at Urban Optics. My frames fit perfectly, and the transitional lenses are working great. Also love their location (La Arcada Plaza), and the general atmosphere (amicable and tranquil).
Dr Z is very diligent and thorough. He listens and shares information easily. Highly skilled and identified my concerns with solutions. Office has up to date equipment that provides accuracy. Staff is helpful, kind and efficient. Highly recommend urban optics and the entire staff.
