I found the majority of the personal here to be very unfriendly not sure why the place is kept locked down. Apparently masks are still required to conduct any business here if your an outsider but this is just an obvious double standard. Sad

Alex from united way was extremely helpful & caring. He helped us tremendously with a program that really changed our lives. He is very attentive & communicates well. Thank you Alex for helping out family and being there to answer all our questions!

I was a part of their Voluntary Income Tax Preparation program. The training for the program and its execution were very well organized. The co-ordinators were experienced and very friendly thus creating a cordial environment for new tax preparers. It was a great learning experience.
