Our Mission: Project Heal of Santa Barbara a 501(c)(3) providing health literacy, advocacy, support and social services support to those living with Mental & Chronic Health conditions. We aspire to eradicate social stigma associated with a mental health diagnosis. We aspire to assist, advocate and empower the medically underserved, low‐income, and vulnerable populations by providing them with easy navigation assistance to healthcare services thus reducing barriers to healthcare. Project MAP- Healthcare Navigation Stations provides access to Healthcare & Community Services. Our community engagement outreach happens every other week. Visit Services for more Info!
