Kelly is fantastic! She really knows her color and products. I came to her 2 years ago with a mess of color, and she took her time and talked to me about a plan of action and I have never been happier. Highly recommend Touch Up Color Bar, not only for excellent service but great prices as well.

Best salón in Santa Barbara. The owner is very knowledgeable with color and made me a perfect blonde!!!! Kelly really goes the extra mile!! Love this salon, Kelly has made a customer for life!

Kelly does an excellent job on highlights and touch ups! She listens and does what you want and her prices are really reasonable. I've recommended her to some friends and they have all been really happy with her services.
