Spoke with Daniel over the phone about several technical issues with our cast iron drain system. He was patient and friendly, and a knowledgeable resource. We are in the middle of a project with a different plumber and he was okay with helping me understand aspects, and getting a 2nd point of view with no strings attached. Thanks so much.
