I had a swarm of 4000 bees appear at my place on a Saturday and luckily found Super Bee. Nick not only answered the phone personally (every other service had an 800#), he calmed me down and came out a few hours later and captured the bees to rehome them and left me bee free. He was so kind and clearly knows what he is doing. I was so grateful to have found him amongst all the big corporations who had no customer service at all. Thank you Nick. ***** 5 stars all the way.
Great experience with professionalism, customer service, and quality of work. Nick went above and beyond to be helpful, considerate, efficient, and extraordinary in every detail. From day one, his thoughtfulness and understanding of how to best serve our needs, even beyond the basic bee infestation removal, left a solid, consistently good impression on us. Hopefully we don’t need this kind of work ever done again, but if we ever did, I would immediately call Super Bee Rescue and would recommend anyone else with similar needs to do the same. Honeybees had made a home in my outdoor storage bin. Fortunately for me, Super Bee responded the same day, rescuing the 6,000-7,000 honeybees (Brenda's estimate) and making my patio usable again: a win for me and the bees. Brenda did an expert and thorough job; I can't recommend this company highly enough.
