THE CHALLENGE:
We are in the Wine Business and our Glasses for wine tasting need to be Perfectly clean. We use a very fancy Miele G8579 glass washer.
Twice now... Steve Nipper of Sol Wave Water has personally helped us Successfully Navigate the Ever Changing hard water challenges we face due to the Santa Barbara's Desalination plant starting and stopping without any alerts to the public. He takes Extra time to do it with full explanations and a next step action plan with our glass washer. The hardness of the water is Not good for wine glasses so making adjustments takes a PRO like Steve.

We just had Sol Wave Water install two reverse osmosis drinking water systems and a freestanding point us use dispenser. The Staff at Radius Commercial Real Estate LOVE their great tasting water and beautiful ice. Kevin, Josh and Steve Nipper are the best of the best. Exceptional service all around with these fine folks!! Michael was the technician who came out to change our filters, checked our soft water unit and also the water quality at the tap. He was so thorough and kind too. Oh and same day service! Can’t beat it. 5 stars for Sol Wave!! ❤️
