I don’t have service with this company, but their customer service is excellent. I spoke to Daniel on the phone and he was very informative and honest. He took the time to explain what was causing issues with our water and how he would treat it.

Matilija installed Reverse Osmosis water filters and we absolutely love it! No more filling 3 gallon bottles at Whole Foods. The product is convenient, clean, and provides more RO water then we could possibly use in one day. The installation was simple, and the technicians were efficient and professional . Highly suggest looking into this if you like RO water, which you should.

I couldn't more strongly recommend this company. Daniel Masse and his team were competent, reliable and engaged from the beginning. We have a very complex RO system but Daniel quickly diagnosed the issue when it began acting erratically. He was thoughtful and methodical in his approach, always being mindful of cost. He returned calls in a timely manner and always made a point to follow up to ensure we were satisfied. Great experience!
