Every single class I’ve taken here has been such a safe and supportive space. Regardless of your skill level or athleticism the instructors are here to help you learn. It’s such a positive space to be in.

This is a great place to go to for community or to try to get out of your shell and try something different. As a man who has mostly been into extreme sports and bodybuilding, I did find that the classes I did here were helpful and I am hopeful that when time permits, I'll go back to learning how to move my body in different ways.

I’ve been coming for about 2 months and just dove straight in. I’m on my 12 or 13th class and can’t get enough. I try to get all my friends to come because classes here are so empowering. As much as I’d like to gate keep (because classes are sometimes hard to get into) I feel everyone should try exotic dance classes. It’s the energy shift I didn’t realize I needed in 2025.
