Sarah is, by far, the best massage therapist I've had (and I've had A LOT). I'm very active and get all sorts of body issues from muscle spasms, injuries, surgeries, etc and Sarah is like an expert mechanic that can find and fix problems. Occasionally I'm all good and just see her for a relaxing deep tissue massage and she is also absolutely fantastic at that. Later this year she'll also be the only certified therapist in SB County for Medical Massage.

Once you receive massage therapy from her, you will know her technique sets her a part from all other therapist. She will often also give you advices on strengthening and stretches.

Sarah is truly the best! I push my body really hard in my workouts and am recovering from a knee surgery and she has been instrumental in my surgery recovery, continued knee strengthening and overall health.
