Dr. Katsev responded to a text message from me on a Saturday morning before I was an official patient at his clinic. His response resulted in me seeing California Retina Consultants for emergency surgery to repair a detached retina. I cannot thank him enough for helping save my eye sight. Now, I'm a new patient of Dr. Katsev and found my initial visit to his clinic very efficient while being surrounded by his very friendly and helpful team.

I’ve had to go to a few eye doctors in town but I finally found the right one. Dr Ketsev’s frank doctor speak was refreshing. The receptionist had the majority of the paperwork ready for me. And they accepted and processed to my insurance. It was also very evident that they love our small town as much as I do. Well done !

Very impressed at my first visit to SB Eyecare. I felt welcomed by the front desk professionals . They answered my concernS about insurance the best that anyone can .The office is super clean . Both Dr. April Huang, OD and her Associate assistant [cant remember her name but she has amazing hair] are very professional and generous with their time .They explained each test .Answered all my questions .A great experience over all
