We didn’t even meet face-to-face as they were busy and I was in a rush. I called, but no answer… I was quickly texted from the same number saying they were busy with a customer but could respond via text. PERFECT. I hate talking on the phone anyways. I asked if he happened to sell thermal paste for my new cpu cooler. He said “no, I don’t but you can have some I’ll leave it on my front door.” And sure as anything there it was. They helped me in a pinch for free! Hats off to you! Highly Recommended!
Amazing, fast, and professional service. I was by hacked by online scam who took over my computer. They access all my data and possibly my passwords. I contacted Ramsin at 9 PM with email, he replied and scheduled a time for 9 AM morning. He took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions. With his expertise the computer is like new again and I am confident that the hackers are no longer in my computer. Thank you PC Mechanic.
