Wow - after interviewing various local water companies, I am so happy I went with Rayne! Everything that was represented to me during the sales process was delivered with quality and fair and transparent pricing. The team installed a water softener, carbon tank exchange and a reverse osmosis system for drinking water and was professional, knowledgeable and they did a fantastic and careful install. Rayne water symptoms has been really good to us. The highlight to this company is there employee and our delivery guy, Cory F.
He does a great job and always fun to chat with.
When the Santa Barbara office made mistakes installing our system, we found they were unresponsive to our requests to fix their system and to reimburse for the damage they system caused to our house plumbing. After several months of documenting the damages and calling, sending them registered letters and emails, the information finally made it to corporate. Once corporate was involved, all issues were resolved quickly and fairly. My suggestion is that if you go with a system out of Santa Barbara and run into issues, go straight to HQ in San Diego.
