Great office staff, very responsive, great doctors! Super easy to get in and out! Love that they have a separate entrance for cats and dogs.

While this 24 hour emergency hospital is very much appreciated and the staff is friendly and kind, the cost is OUTRAGES AND $5000 upfront to treat my pet who was fatally ill, but they continue to recommend treatment knowing that she wouldn't make it. This is a large Southern California Vet practice that is all about money.

Meh service. The front desk is amazing I hope they are getting paid enough. The do so much. They're always doing 12 things at once
