I was very impressed and happy. Ray was excellent at communicating in person and via text. repair on myMacBook pro was perfect. by working with mobile kangaroo, I was without my computer for only a few hours. had I gone to Apple store it might have been a week!

Great service, communication, and kindness. Linda was my rep at Mobile Kangaroo and she understood the needs of having my work computer fully functional and that timing was important. Apple quoted a two week turnaround time, and with a heavy workload on my plate, I don’t have that time. Linda took my computer in on a Wednesday and had my laptop back in perfect working order the next Monday. I could have had a two day turnaround, and picked up my computer on Friday, if the world weren’t in the middle of COVID with shipping delays. How do I know this, because of the great communication offered up by Linda and the team, I received text messages throughout the process....read full review

Crikey!!! These bloody Mobile Kangaroos "hop" to get it done!!! My Apple laptop drank a little too much one night and they had the cure. The Mobile Roos hoperation did an amazingly quick turn around and yes I am a "Hoppy Customer"!!!
