I had a panel done through my Obgyn which works with this facility. They ended up sending me to collections due to them not updating any new information for the billing. They sent my bill to an address I had 15 years ago! What makes matters worse not once did they call me and I have had the same phone number over 15 years but yet collections had my phone number! I called them to complain and the operator was going to “look into it” and was supposed to call me back and that was over 2 weeks ago. Beware!
